Our food is designed to provide sustenance that will support your body to living in your true essence and aligning your body with your soul’s purpose.

If you are sitting here reading this you are among the most fortunate people in the world. Reminding ourselves daily of all the things that we are grateful for, large and small is a beautiful way to live. The more grateful we are, the more blessings we are open to receiving. As Dr. Masuru Emoto has scientifically proven through his book Messages in Water, water (and food containing water) carries the energy that is put into it. We invite you to try blessing your food, giving thanks to Mother Earth, all the people that were a part of growing and preparing it, asking that your body receives the ultimate nourishment and that the food fuels you to live your purpose and walk in peace. Try eating slowly & mindfully, chewing completely & taking a moment to breathe between bites.

Hydration is the key to health and many of our offerings are raw or alive, meaning they are still full of water, nutrients, life force and enzymes. Many other items are slow cooked at low temperatures for ultimate nutrition & flavor. The water we serve comes from a pure spring and is purified with a carbon filter and a UV light sterilizer keeping the life and memory of the water intact. All of our veggies are washed with purified water. In our live food, we use the finest quality of ingredients available, like virgin cold pressed organic coconut oil and fresh, local, organic cashews from the slopes of Mt. Agung that support community sustainability projects. We are part of the international slow food movement that recognizes that one of the most powerful things we can do for the environment, our communities and our health is to choose sustainably grown food.
About 90% of our ingredients are local, organic and sustainably grown. Some of our herbs and greens are grown in our gardens and we also support many other organic growers on Bali.
Aside from the personal health benefits, eating local, sustainable foods creates a healthy planet. We can reduce our ecological footprint – less water consumption, air pollution, excess methane from animal waste, runoff into the waterways & no forests being cut down for animal grazing.
We keep mama earth in our hearts with all actions ~ we are a close to zero waste business - almost all of our food is local, and we use very few things that come in any kind of packaging.
Unlike most restaurants, almost everything is made fresh daily, almost nothing is frozen or made in bulk.
